Nevertheless to mention that, Murukku, Thattai, Athirasam, Kadalai Urundai are always the first delicacies in any South Indian special occasions or festival, which is also the identity of our rich traditional lineage.

The indigenous native rice variety used in the preparation of its various snacks are not only healthy but also rich in nutritional content. Long durational paddy varieties, unpolished rice and millets were once part of the rich food habits of South India before the emergence of Green Revolution. And Sairam Snacks going by that lineage has ensured to relive that tradition. From the very beginning, Sairam Snacks has used only those paddy varieties that has a gestation period of 180 days. And we are committed to use only unpolished rice processed from eight months to one year old paddy, which has proved to be healthy. All our snacks are free from any types of preservatives and we use only fresh refined groundnut oil which adds the magic to its traditional touch.
